The place is very nice, the music is ambiance, the food is varied but I didn't love it, the service is slow maybe because the establishment is new, but it's a very good option to celebrate a birthday, this moment is original. Ah The drinks are delicious 😉🤤 although the cocktails are sometimes very sweet 🫣 I really recommend the place 😉

I liked the attention of Andrés, the captain of the place, he treated us excellently.

This is our first time at La Tina, and we really liked it. The atmosphere is great, the food is fresh, everything is delicious, and the cuts and swords are excellent.The service is magnificent. We were served by Jesús, Andrés, and Víctor, the swords. I highly recommend this place.

I was really looking forward to visiting this place and made a reservation for a group of friends. We arrived on time and, upon sitting down, we asked about the restaurant's operations. They explained that they don't offer à la carte service and that the minimum order is $690 per person. Furthermore, you can't go for just one drink without using the bar. This wasn't an issue for us.The problem started while we were still waiting for some members of our group to arrive. In less than five minutes, three different servers approached us to pressure us, warning that if the missing guests didn't arrive soon, they would cancel our service. Their insistence was so persistent that it felt more like a threat than a politely communicated policy. It made us feel very uncomfortable from the start.Ultimately, we decided to leave the place due to the poor treatment we received. It's a shame, as the concept seemed interesting, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I wouldn't return, and honestly, there are better options in Galerías Metepec where the service lives up to the experience offered.I recommend that if you decide to visit, go with the whole group from the start. And as for the restaurant: more empathetic and professional communication with guests would make a huge difference.
