• Ceviche of the day's catch, with intense tiger's milk and precise cuts.
• Grilled octopus with black olive puree: perfect texture, deep, and elegant flavor.
• Beef tenderloin with native potatoes and red wine sauce: impeccably cooked and a well-made classic.
• Cuts of meat 🥩: delicious option
• And for dessert: fine house-style chocolates.The service is professional and serene, with a level of attention that is uninterrupted but always present.Maras is the place for refined business lunches, elegant dinners, or quiet celebrations. Haute cuisine without the fuss, served with class in one of Lima's most exclusive spaces.An excellent experience for both the eyes and the palate at the Westin's main restaurant. Today I was able to try a delicious ceviche, a spicy causa with shrimp, and succulent grilled razor clams as appetizers.
For starters... I opted for the paiche in miso sauce and oriental rice, and my companions opted for the duck rice.
