If you ask for orange juice they will give you a glass of citrus juice stretched with water and with a metallic taste 🙄

You went downtown and want to stop for a while, this is the place

Monaco is located in one of the most beautiful corners of Salta, on Santiago del Estero and Balcarce. One of their classics is beef with cheese (and 🍅): they serve it on the plate and it is better eaten with cutlery than with your hands; With one serving you can eat two. And then repeat!!! It is accompanied with a cold drink and of course, you can read the newspaper, watch a soccer game and complete it with coffee.

Although I am a foreigner who does not know Spanish or culture, I experienced their kindness and good food.
