Excellent service from Eugenia, everything was delicious! It's a shame they don't answer the phone, and don't even think about asking for an invoice. The website is useless, and they ignore you by email.

The DJ is not that good

Very good service from reception to the waitress Leslye.

Terrible experience, yes, I went with family. I ordered a Coke, and the glass of ice still had lipstick on it from not being washed. They gave me cutlery with residue on it. I asked for an exchange, but I didn't even understand why. I finished it all off with a craft beer, thinking it wouldn't be dirty... and it had black particles on the rim, like a cockroach or a mouse... and for what they spent.

Excellent service from our waiter, David. Thank you so much, we had a great time!

At the entrance to the hacienda, the treatment was terrible. Once you enter the restaurant, the treatment is not 10 out of 10, but it improves. The food arrived cold and raw. For what it cost, it really wasn't my best.
