I ordered home delivery and it took 40 minutes from when they told me it had left the city center, or rather, when the delivery man arrived, he gave me the order with a McDonald's label. I had 3 more orders in my suitcase, no wonder there was such a delay. Ash

Honestly, the food is delicious but the service is TERRIBLE. I thought the delivery was delayed and the service was the same, but the restaurant is the same. It's very, very bad, it leaves a lot to be desired.

What bad service, the dishes do not come with what they promise and they are rude when complaining

Terrible service. The food doesn't taste good. It's not what they offer; the dishes claim to have seafood protein, but they're actually 95% vegetable. They got upset when I pointed out the errors, and even though they added seafood protein to the dish after I complained, they weren't courteous.

My favorite Chinese food restaurant when I travel to Bucaramanga from the Comunera Province but there is really a big mistake in what they offer as "Seafood Casserole" at the C.C. Caracoli location in Floridablanca (Santander). And I asked for it because it was Good Friday and to keep the Vigil. The casserole is delicious in flavor and I can't lie but very poor in marine protein content... 4 clams... 2 octopuses and the rest in pieces of something that looked like fish or squid but easily disintegrated. Not a single shrimp. I know that many times the offer and flavor varies from one main location of a restaurant to another location but they have to check what they are offering... I will keep coming back for the Chinese food but the "Fake Casserole" should really be called "Cream" and not charge what they charge. It shouldn't even appear on the menu. It is constructive criticism.
