The chicken broth is an oregano soup. The bread and ham are the driest I've ever had. The price is very high for the product they offer. I remember coming here before, and it wasn't as bad as it is now.Very good food. I had it today upon my return to Lima, and the food was superb. I ordered Cuy Chactado, the only drawback was that it was breaded, like a guinea pig broaster. The waiter told me that you can order it the traditional way, but he'll tell you when you've finished the guinea pig.The service is superb, and they give you a complimentary super sweet little roll, so yummy.We were three people, and the service was very good. We ordered three trout, two grilled and one pan-fried. With a jug of chicha morada, I initially ordered chicken broth, but they allowed me to change the order for trout.Good food, cozy and classic place, good service in front of the main squareThe food was reheated, the guinea pig wasn't crispy and the meat was tough, the tongue was cold, and my tenderloin was chewy. The only good thing was the potatoes and salad. I would recommend reviewing the food, if it weren't for the waiter, who was very attentive.Nice place the food is nice
