Restaurante Palermo’s

Upon arriving at the establishment and ordering my meal, I had to wait almost 10 minutes just for the appetizer and 20 minutes for the main course. When the waiter placed the main course on the table (fried pork rinds, rice, and salad), I could feel that the pork was tough, almost raw, and cold. I asked the waiter (with tattoos under his ear) to please check it and ask if he could heat it up at least the pork. His response was, "The pork is fine," and then he left. So, I called another waiter (in this case, a young lady with bangs) to help me. I told her the same thing, and her very kind response was to bring my plate. When I brought it back, I noticed the entire plate was hot (including the fresh salad). My plate had literally been in the microwave, not even including the salad. Afterward, all I had to do was eat the rice, which, after all, was the only thing that seemed to be okay, leaving my pork and salad uneaten. Honestly, the service wasn't acceptable, nor was the food reliable, something I should feel comfortable paying for, but I did anyway. All in all, I don't feel confident recommending this place to others or ever returning.

The worst meal in Trujillo, my partner ate loin with huancaina pasta and within hours he ended up in the hospital, they should report this restaurant and the authorities should go to inspect their kitchen and the way they prepare the food, the food comes spoiled, I hope the authorities take action on the matter and close this establishment, my partner almost died in the hospital from poisoning, if you don't want to end up in the hospital, don't buy at this restaurant, it is the worst.

The treatment of the disrespectful cashier with the deliveries and with the bad people is a person who should not be there
