On Sunday, June 29, 2025, my family and I went to eat at a restaurant, and all the tables on the terrace had a sign that said "RESERVED." Therefore, we were forced to sit inside. 16 minutes went by without anyone paying attention to us. I had to stand at the register to request service. I asked a waiter why they wouldn't let us use the terrace, and he replied, "Because we're not going to serve the outside tables anymore, because we're about to close, and that's always the instruction." The strange thing was that when we paid and left the restaurant, the tables on the terrace were full. They are very unserious and lack kindness and service at the PEREIRA HEADQUARTERS in front of ARBOLEDA. Something that doesn't happen in Manizales, where they are very friendly.

The service at the Patateria has deteriorated (personal opinion) 30 minutes pass without anyone coming to ask your order, even though the same staff that assigns you the table is close to it.

Excellent place, the food is delicious, their customer service is the best, they deliver the food quickly and it is super fresh

All rich pleasant atmosphere, good option to share with family

The pizza with sweet and sour pork rinds has greasy potatoes and very greasy pork rinds. They should add better quality pork rinds for the price.
