Excellent food, very satisfied despite some bad comments, either they are paid negative reviews or they were really unlucky, in my case everything was perfect, delicious filet mignon, unbeatable baby steak, we were very pleased with the place, very pretty too.

It is a very nice different environment, the animal area costs 10 thousand per person (the girl who served us in that area ❤️❤️❤️ super friendly) the animals seem to be fine, to give them food it costs 3 thousand, the upside down house is very striking, the children's area seemed good to me (my children liked it) the service in the restaurant was basic the drinks seemed expensive for what they were, a snack 190 and we were left hungry (we were 3 adults 2 children and it says it was for 8) but well it was not bad, but in the end what I did not like and what would not make me return is .... That in the bill they charged me the tip without asking me and I do not like that, according to the cashier they earned 30,000 in tips behind my back but they lost a client and a recommendation to go to this place, that is, they stole 30,000 from me, not only because Bringing what we ordered to the table deserves a tip, but that's just my opinion 😉

The service is very bad, the meat is very tough, they may have other strengths as a promoter, but the service and beef are bad.

Today, we're talking about overrated restaurants. We decided to go because of the advertisements we saw for the place. We went there about a year ago, and it was good. Yesterday, the meat started at almost 50,000 pesos, and the meat was so bland! It seemed like a bargain at 10,000 pesos, and believe me, it tasted better. When you cook meat, you know that even with just salt, it tastes good because of the meat itself. But I swear it tasted like nothing. I don't know if it was reheated or something, but it tasted like nothing. A total rip-off. Based on the size and thickness, I guess it was half a pound. The meat was super thin, and only 2 were served with a simple lettuce salad and 3 patacones. At that price, better restaurants serve something worth it. The hamburger was 30,000 pesos, and the meat was almost raw and tasted like cheap sauces. The bean casserole was 35,000, and I don't have much to complain about. The food looks better than it tastes. On the other hand, the animal area is additional; admission per person costs 10,000 pesos, and feeding the fish is 3,000 pesos per person (in addition to admission). The only good things are the decor, the animals, and the children's area. The food leaves everything to be desired. I won't return to this place and recommend going to better restaurants. Even some well-known ones here in Ibagué have similar prices and the food and portions are very good. Don't be fooled just because they advertise on social media.
