Although they are faithful to Paisa food and the flavor is good, lately they are not making their best dishes.

The best place for lunch

We made a reservation for two on a Friday afternoon. We shared a Bandeja Paisa Torre Personal (personal tray). The flavor was very good. The meat was blond, which we found odd, but it tasted good. The food was well prepared with rich flavor. The chicharrón could be improved to be delicious. The atmosphere wasn't ideal for a quiet conversation; other customers were talking too loudly and/or using their phones at high volumes, preventing us from enjoying a leisurely meal. They don't have everything on the menu. The cuajada con molao (curd with molasses) is ideal for sharing.

We tried the Santanderean rice and it was delicious. The chicharrón (pork rind) in the bandeja paisa is delicious, as is the chorizo, but the powdered meat lacks flavor, as do the beans. The service is very good, but it's far from the best in town.As Tywin said: Any man who must say 'I am king' is not a true king.

Excellent prices. Exceptional service. A comfortable and quiet space for family fun. Highly recommended!
