RESTAURANT SANTA MONICA can be confusing as there are two places together but not identical, with the same name but different services and prices. We have visited and eaten at both on several occasions and this is our experience... The first place from south to north, almost across from El Ramnchito de Toluca, offers a buffet sometimes, and it is not always the same and is not always varied and complete. Sometimes there is variety and the portions are usually sufficient, other times even early, there is none. The service at both locations is good, with good attention from the staff. The flavors of the food are good, but in relation to the quality of food and the price, there is a "flat detail" because at the restaurant next door, chilaquiles can cost up to 250 pesos, which is very, very expensive for simple chilaquiles with a few pieces of meat if you order cecina, chicken, or something to go with it.The prices of the other dishes are also a bit "high" in relation to what you receive at your table, since they are not as rich and tasty for the price, both places are small, there are no green areas or anything like that, and they also do not have parking, you have to pay for parking and pay a lot to eat or have breakfast in either of these 2 places!

One of the worst places, we went back and the truth is it is a terrible place, food that leaves much to be desired, the service of the waiter is terrible, it took ages to get a simple glass of water, we asked for ice because the drinks were lukewarm and it took 40 minutes, there are no baby changing tables in any bathroom or when we asked that they told us, in addition to the fact that the prices in comparison to portions are very high, the truth is nothing is recommended, I would not go there again
