Truly sublime experience. Top notch service and wonderful food. Best restaurant in Colombia?

I arrived by chance with my girlfriend, since we were staying at the Hotel El Prado, right across the street. They served us without a reservation, so it was great. We were totally blind, but as soon as we walked in, I realized we were in a "Good Restaurant." The service was excellent, although they seated us at a table without a tablecloth. Since we were in a relaxed, informal mood, I didn't mind too much. The waiters were very attentive and professional. The food was good, but nothing special. A carpaccio in the middle was very delicious. I ordered the house's signature dish, Peppered Sirloin Steak. They nailed the meat, but I didn't find it anything special. Too much clarified butter ends up killing the meat's flavor. My girlfriend ordered the prawns, which were as simple as could be. The potato gratin was also simple. A very elegant place with a nice ambiance. The chef was very attentive, but he went on too long. The price was very high. Even more so without dessert and with only three glasses of wine.
