All the dishes are delicious, whenever I can and I'm nearby. I go there to eat.

I've eaten at every so-called high-end steakhouse in Colombia. They were all a disappointment. Either the meat is poorly seasoned, overcooked, not tender enough, or dry as cardboard. Nothing memorable. Nothing worth repeating. But in Colombia, there are exactly two places that do it well—really well. One is in Bucaramanga, a place called Stella. The other? Right here in Cali. This place is the real deal. A real steakhouse. No gimmicks, just meat cooked to perfection—tender, well-seasoned, treated with respect. I ordered the lomo al trapo, and I swear it was perfection. Every bite reminded me why steak is worth it when done right. I added a pepper sauce on the side, which somehow made it even better. With a glass of the house Argentinian Malbec in hand and a portobello topped with incredible cheese—molten, intense, mammoth. The whole experience felt like a secret worth sharing.
