Very slow, horrible bland food, we complained and they didn't solve anything for us

I just had a terrible experience of poor service as there is no one in charge. The waiters disappear from the place and apparently go to serve room services or other hotel restaurants. We arrived at 1 p.m. m. and after a lot of waiting, looking for waitresses in the surrounding area to ask for help, calling the supervisor who did not come and then going to the hotel reception seeking understanding and support, the food arrived that we had to return. The meat was oversalted and the vegetable accompaniment we ordered only contained tomato and onion and 2 slices of zucchini. The rice was old and cold. We left bored, sad, hungry and with a headache, but above all disconcerted by the carelessness in the administration of the restaurant, where we had also gone the day before and observed that the service was slow, but not as extreme as the today. The fact that they have deducted 50% of the bill does not compensate for the inconvenience. We have not died of hunger because in the same hotel there is also a Maki Bar where they have served quickly and very well.
