Great service, nice place and excellent food.
The potatoes are cold and oily. The rice is parboiled. A serving of watercress, 38 reais?
The place is very clean, and there were plenty of tables available. My husband, my parents, and I were there. I give it 3 stars for the following reasons: - The waiters who served us seemed obligated to be there. We ordered the filet mignon with vegetables, and when it was brought to the table, we had to fumble around trying to cut it. Only after a few minutes did they realize we were struggling and come back to cut it. The vegetables were fantastic, but no one bothered to ask how cooked the meat was, as it was rare. Excellent seasoning, however, but my mother, for example, only ate the edges, as it was very undercooked inside. I also thought the service was lacking in care. - We ordered roasted calabresa with flour as an appetizer. Imagine a dry, chewy calabresa served on a platter, drenched in oil. I also found that very lackluster; - We also ordered provolone Milanese, and when it arrived, it was a tiny portion, about 20 small cubes. It was okay, but also nothing special. - Draft beer is ok. - House tea is ok.The place is noisy because of the children running around the restaurant, following Captain Jack Sparrow (who comes to the tables to tell riddles), so if you don't like that kind of atmosphere, don't go; you'll get annoyed. It's a place worth visiting for its atmosphere: it has a treasure chest, cool decor, Captain Jack Sparrow, a pirate ship hold, and a kids' area. The restaurant charges a 10% service charge. We paid R$380 for the experience, which was, overall, ok, nothing special, and we have no desire to return.
Excellent
First time at the restaurant. I confess I'm disappointed. For the price of the menu, I expected a pleasant and memorable experience. At the very least, something that would make me want to return.Cold skewer. We ordered medium-rare meat and received it overcooked. French fries that looked like leftovers.I stopped my meal to write this post, so frustrated was I.
For those who enjoy tenderloin and real, not frozen, fries. The food is always delicious.
