A great surprise visiting this place. Leaving aside the heat of Maracay, it is like being in a place in the Venezuelan Andes. The menu is very extensive, although we went for some Andean pastries. Needless to say, they were really good! They prepare them at the moment, without having to wait long, the filling is special, very well made and tasty and without being overcooked. As I said, the menu shows many typical Andean dishes, starting with Trujillo breakfasts and the traditional Andean with wheat arepas and custard. They of course have pinch, and other very local dishes that invite you to go more than once. The service is excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable about what they offer. I congratulate you on the very nice place you have prepared and I regret not having gone sooner.
