Accused us of not paying one of the bills and called us back as we were waiting for our Ubers. Wasted 20 minutes for nothing. Our Ubers ended up cancelling on us and we paid the cancellation fee for those. Waste of time and money because they didn’t know how to properly keep track of received payments.Food was decent however. To anyone that goes, make sure you grab your receipts.

I celebrated my birthday, it was perfect and cozy, the recommendations were very good, their cut of meat was exquisite.

My husband and I visited Ritwal on our honeymoon and were BLOWN AWAY!!! Aside from the restaurant providing a stunning view of Medellin, the food, drinks, and service were incredible! Fabian was our server and he was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The ambiance was also wonderful and perfect for a romantic date night. We will definitely try to return for another meal before we leave Medellin!

The place is spectacular, the service and food 10/10. However, there was a problem with the address that appears when searching for the restaurant. It's the wrong address, and this creates a huge conflict due to the restaurant's location. People who check social media and search engines should be aware of this. I missed the opportunity to share a pleasant time with people because of the wrong address.

Good food at a verh high price. If it werent for the location, probably would not be worth it. Créme brulée to soft not in my top 10. Steak was very good, side dishes were enormous so order just one for two. Negroni was aberage and margaritas jad a punch
