I am a foreigner 🇪🇸 I had been highly recommended to visit your restaurant and I was very eager to travel to Matagalpa to try the very famous and super delicious chicken so far everything was fine but at that point my family of 15 people were eating at the table starting to eat and one of the guys who served us went to turn on an engine because the power had gone out they filled our food with smoke for more than 5 minutes until we told them to turn it off then that guy who served us came to the table with arrogance and yelled at us and said I don't care if you want to complain to the boss, go ahead and do it, I thought my family and I would be better served since we traveled to Matagalpa expressly to go to the inn. It's a shame that people like that serve because the one who loses prestige is not him but the restaurant. Here I will leave attached the photo of the guy who gave us terrible service because there were not 3 of us, we were 15 people, we paid to go to eat and be well served but we left more than disappointed. take this comment into account and qualify appropriate personnel and with a little more education I say goodbye hoping that you will take action on the matter thank you very much and I hope one day to return and be better served by myself and my family
