They served me consommé in a broken mud pit. They're oblivious to the details.

Terrible service. The waiters, although in this case the waitresses, serve you without enthusiasm and with facial gestures that are not pleasant to the eye. In my case, it bothers me that at the beginning you order something, they tell you what's available and then they bring you something completely different, since it turns out that what you ordered in the first place is not available and they do not even ask you if you want something else; they make the decision for you! And even if you call the waiters' attention to change what they brought wrong, due to their own decisions, they ignore you. The food is very good, to be honest, it does not take long. They should improve their customer service staff since they are a restaurant chain!

I went to RostiPollos and ended up with gastroenteritis so severe it sent me straight to the hospital. The meal only cost $20, but the doctor's appointment cost $200; I literally paid to suffer. I wouldn't go back even if it was free!

Everything is great, except that the atmosphere is very boring, after that I have always liked it.

Food with good flavor but every time I go they give stiff tortillas (that is, old), frozen chicken, it feels like the food is old and half-heated and when it comes time to serve it is frozen inside.
