I wasn't convinced. I ordered some toppings, and they brought me others. The burger was a little burnt. 😔

The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive and friendly.

They gave me burnt burgers, and when I told them, they gave me another one and made me pay what it was originally worth, refusing to refund my money. The truth is, I didn't want another burnt burger; I wanted my money back so I could do something useful with it. On top of that, the people who served me got my order wrong three times. They were still friendly. I don't know if they're new, but it doesn't take much to serve someone well.

Dear all, the burgers are delicious. We always order them through pre-orders. But this is the second time we've ordered, and they sent us a different order. We filed a complaint and they gave us a ticket to order again, and the same thing happened again. I don't think the cadets are to blame, but the company that packs the burgers. They should take that detail into account. We didn't file a complaint through the app because I don't think we're complaining about the same thing twice. 🤷 Thank you.

One of the best burgers in Tucumán! Everything is delicious, with a good selection of burgers, very good fries, and it comes with flavored mayonnaise. Delicious!
