A very romantic and beautiful place for dates, the food is amazing, the only concern is the price vs the experience delivered, the food is very good and tasty, but the quantity is a little frustrating, I went there 3 times, all of them I left hungry 😖 in my opinion should be more since I always spend more than R$ 500 for 2 plates with half wine, which is very expensive for the offered experience. The food is tasty, the service from the staffs is amazing, just the overall of the experience, I hope it will be no retaliation about my honest comment to help others and of course try to give an advice to the restaurant, the portion is small in my opinion.

We went to celebrate Valentine's Day on 06/14 to avoid the crowds and it was wonderful! It wasn't our first time at Ruella, but it's always a pleasure to come back! The place is beautiful, the soundtrack is great, the food is impeccable and the service is very attentive: special mention goes to the waiter Daniel! We'll be back again :)

Uncomfortable chairs. If you have back problems, DO NOT go. There are stairs to the bathroom, each with a different step. The restaurant is not designed for the disabled.

We had dinner on 06/10/25. Everything was perfect, the food and service were impeccable. However, the restaurant has no parking or valet parking. The nearest parking lot (Rua Comendador Miguel Calfat) is a block away. When we left, we were robbed by two motorcycles and had our belongings stolen (cell phones, rings, and cards) at gunpoint. This is an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. Unfortunately, we won't be returning due to the lack of security.

Great place for a special date. Wonderful food.
