I went on a bluefin tuna fishery night, a wonderful evening with attention to detail from the moment you walk in. It was a true spectacle to see the chef making such beautiful cuts of a monumental 160kg tuna, while Carlos Mendo was in excellent hands.

The food is good, the atmosphere is great, and the service is excellent. Carlos Mendo was always attentive, making very good menu recommendations. The tuna ronqueo/cut was 10/10 :)
