Average, turned into bad, to be honest. The requested cut wasn't available; they said it was late, and the one they brought was heavy. A flip-flop would have been juicier.

Sabor y Sazón is a traditional restaurant in the city of Pereira with a long history, strategically located on the ring road. Its grill is delicious and its menu is varied. Unfortunately, the service is disappointing. The wait staff is very friendly, but the service is inaccurate: dishes are delayed, incomplete (they don't serve the salad and don't even notice), items are out of stock, and they don't notify us in time. Although they seem to be busy with tables, they're always missing something. The published prices don't include the 8% consumption tax, and they don't notify us (this could be called false advertising). The decor is always the same, lacking light, warmth, and color. The last two times the food didn't disappoint, but the service did. They had decorations for Father's Day, and even after offering payment, they didn't have the courtesy to put them on the table. While I'm not saying I don't recommend it, it's sad that there's no visible effort to improve.

Sabor y sazón is one of the most typical restaurants in the city of Pereira, which has been offering its food services for more than 35 years. In addition to this, it has an excellent menu so you can drink or eat something super delicious. Their employees are quite friendly and very willing to assist you which makes it a very good experience. In terms of prices, they are around a standard average that is handled in this area of the city but they meet exquisite flavors that you will love.

I ordered chicken ala broster and they sent me cold roast chicken, overnight, they didn't send cutlery, the arepa tasted like soap, what a disaster, the order said 38,000 and ala delivery, they charged me 48,000 pesos, it hurts my money, terrible service, I don't recommend it

A place 10/10, the food delicious and not to mention the attention of the staff... super recommended.

They take a long time to serve. Over half an hour waiting for a steak and a chicken skewer. The food isn't inspired by its name. No seasoning!
