Everything was very good. I ate very well, a goulash with gnocchi was the suggestion of the night. Next visit we will go for more.

We spent Saturday night at Venado Tuerto and had dinner there. Upon arrival they told us that if we did not have a reservation, the only option was in the open patio. We had gone through several places, all without availability, so we took that option, although it was a cool and windy night (15 degrees, compared to previous days was an important difference). It took at least twenty minutes to bring us the letter, seeing the delay we had already searched for the letter on the internet and chosen. It took them an hour and twenty minutes to bring the order: a supreme with puree and a steak eye with mixed pire. The steak eye was raw. They took it away in a bad way to return it a little more cooked, although it was evident that they put it on very high heat, drying out the outside and leaving it just as undercooked inside. I can understand that there were a lot of people, that perhaps the priority was the reservations or that there were problems in the kitchen, but I cannot understand that there was no communication or simply an apology when asked why there was so much delay. If I am going to highlight that at the time of delay we asked that, since we had to continue waiting, they please make a table available for us inside and they were able to accommodate us.

They made us wait 1 hour and a half in the patio, freezing us cold (because they send you outside but they don't even have a stove) to bring us two milanesas and an eye of steak, and on top of that they brought it RAW!!! After complaining a while later they returned with the overcooked dish, there were parts that were harder than a shoe. At no time did they tell us that they had delays in the kitchen, they didn't even come to apologize, let alone pay us attention. A terrible experience, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Excellent service, the wait is worth it when you get such a comprehensive service. The dishes are incredible, the service is 10/10, and the menu is spectacular. I'll always come back!
