Excellent place!

The service is slow, and the quality of the meat doesn't meet expectations. For such a high price, this is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience doesn't make you want to return.

Excellent service.

From the reception I had a bad experience, when I wanted to pay with a credit card they told me that the price went up 300 per day, I did not accept it and in the end they only charged me Q. 50.00 extra for paying by card I didn't like the room, the sink is poorly located, because it is in the room, not inside the bathroom They also gave me a room on the side of the road and you could hear the cars. The restaurant is good service and food

We stayed at the Hotel San Rafael because on our way to Semuc Champey it was necessary to rest. It is located on the side of the road and has rooms and a restaurant with delicious food. The staff was very friendly as was the restaurant staff. The rooms were clean and had everything you need. Recommended!
