The atmosphere, decoration, sound, everything harmonizes with the restaurant and Hugo's reception. The food was wonderful, tasty and the dish was well-balanced in plating, colors and flavors! Once again, I was delighted with this experience!

It’s been over a month now since we came back from Brasil but I did not forget the incredible experience that we had at Sanctuarium atelier. Funny story we tried to book over a year ago on our only night in Salvador but sadly it was not possible with such short notice. Tried again this year and he opened the restaurant just for us. Incredible. With my girlfriend we had a romantic dinner in a museum. The story of the place, the story of the dishes. It has been not just a culinary experience but also cultural. Thank you so much for everything We will be back, possibly on a day where the restaurant is open 😁

Definitely an experience. More than just a meal, it’s a gustatory and cultural experience. The Chef is a friendly pediatrician and nutritionist who is passionate about world cuisine. The dishes are surprises, perfectly balanced. They seem like gifts, the kind you eagerly await. The atmosphere, like the food, is new at every glance, with details discovered through the Chef’s experiences. The theme is, as the name suggests, an ecumenical sanctuary, rich in surprises and art. I recommend it! It should be a must-see for anyone visiting Salvador.

The restaurant is impeccable, from the service to the last dish. We had never eaten at a fine dining restaurant before, and Chef Hugo made this experience incredible and unforgettable. Everything was delicious, the wines were wonderful, the atmosphere was beautiful and the music was pleasant. It was definitely worth it. We loved it!

Great place, and exceptional service

An incredible dinner of the highest order and meeting Dr. Ribeiro was even a greater pleasure. Each dish was outstanding and the conversation with Hugo was even better. If you are in Salvador do yourself a favor and make a reservation. You won't regret it.
