An excellent lunch option at Iguatemi Shopping Mall in Fortaleza. I ordered the filet mignon, medium rare, and it was perfect. I recommend it!

I got the impression that they don't know how to cook meat or only know how to cook it if it's a small piece. I ordered the menu suggestion, a 500g piece of rib eye, medium rare. It arrived and I cut a piece and saw that it was very rare, cold inside. I asked for it to come back and while I waited, the mashed potatoes with cheese got cold. The small piece came back just right and the large piece came back uncooked. There was leftovers on the plate. The roti sauce seemed industrialized. The fillet appetizer with sweet gorgonzola was only saved by the little bit of cheese, an unsalted and anemic fillet. The only thing that saved it was the beer and the mashed potatoes, when it was warm, when it was hot. Terrible waste of prime cuts of meat. There are many other better restaurants, without the hype, with better prices and results. A second time and never again.

I don't know what happened, if they changed the chef. The food was terrible last time, I ordered grilled salmon with Piedmontese rice and sautéed potatoes. It was so bad that she immediately went to the bathroom to vomit. And the beef Wellington was also taken off the menu. I spent almost 200 reais on food, and I left unsatisfied.

Lunch on Friday. It took an hour for our orders to come. It started off wrong because they brought the salad with the dish. But surprise, my dish fell into the kitchen and they didn't have the lamb I ordered so they could make another one. They asked me to choose another one. I chose the octopus. Guess what? Another 30 minutes and nothing. They simply put our order back in the normal line to be made. We asked the manager for the bill for the salad, which was the only thing we ate, and left, because we had already missed classes at the conference we came to Fortaleza for. (Note: the manager was very polite and apologized). We were hungry that day. It's like in SP: get out, it's a trap (if you're going to pay a lot, it's better to choose a place with efficient service).

The restaurant's reception is excellent, polite and courteous, and they showed us to our table. The service was very polite and attentive until it was time to get the bill, because when I chose not to pay the 10% deposit the waiter was invasive and insistent. We had another problem with another service before, my wife has a gluten restriction, and when we asked if a sauce contained gluten the waiter said it did not without checking. However, when we checked the menu, there was an indication of gluten in the dish in question. A very positive point is that the menu lists the ingredients used in each dish, which shows care for people with dietary restrictions.
