An excellent choice. Pleasant, clean, quiet, and inspiring.

The restaurant is located inside the Hotel Casona María, so it's not visible from the street. We asked at the reception desk and were kindly escorted to the restaurant, where we were warmly welcomed.We were offered some menu suggestions, and we decided to try the New York and the pipián with pork, accompanied by the house wine: Tutto Bene, a smooth and fruity Tempranillo that paired very well with the meal.The space is spacious, cool, and pleasant; we felt at ease from the start. While we waited, they offered us some mixiotes, courtesy of the house, with a rich and spicy sauce—I appreciated the touch.I liked the pipián; this time I ordered it with pork instead of chicken, which I prefer. Although the piece was breast, I don't like it because it's dry, however, the pork was also solid. I admit the pipián flavor was very pleasant, so the meat wasn't the least of it.The New York was tasty, although it arrived on a hot griddle that ended up overcooking it a bit—a fault I attributed to myself for not ordering it as a plate, but I still enjoyed it.Overall, the service was excellent, always attentive and friendly. It was a pleasant experience worth repeating.

The restaurant is located inside the Casona María hotel. The decor is very pretty, with spacious ceilings and a pleasant atmosphere.The staff was very attentive. As for the food, I definitely give it 5 stars. I ordered a Serrano ham and honey bagel, which was super delicious. My companion ordered the chilaquiles, and they were a 10/10.The recipes are excellent combinations of sweet and savory. I absolutely loved the place.
