He gave us great suggestions for dishes and made us feel very comfortable.As for the food, I can only say that everything was impeccable. It was definitely a very high-quality Japanese food (something very rare to find at festivals).The highlight of the evening, without a doubt, was the experience of sitting on the tatami mat. For anyone going to Sapporo, I highly recommend asking for this option — it makes the experience even more special.Thank you to the entire team for providing me with the best gastronomic experience I've ever had in Goiânia!
