Very good and tasty food, it's worth waiting a long time. Apparently there are very few employees for such a large number of people who come in, especially during lunch hours, but everything is very tasty.They claim to specialize in pizza, but their dough is not good quality... and appears to be premade frozen. They simply throw toppings on and re-warm the frozen crust. I would not recommend the pizza here when virtually any other company makes one far better. It's a shame, too, because the topping creativity suggests that Simmer Down intends to be premium. Unfortunately, they fail to be premium or even average.
