I loved the food.

Last night I went, I ordered a vegetarian menu for myself and a well-done churrasco for my companion. They brought our order to our table. The churrasco cut had to be returned for this reason: medium rare. My vegetarian option was missing the mushrooms. When I asked, they just said the kitchen staff weren't there, but that they would bring me some mushrooms. They brought them, but in meat sauce. When I told them that included meat, they told me they didn't know anything. They brought the cut of meat a second time, ripped and equally undercooked. It was returned a second time. They brought it 15 minutes later, ripped and burnt. I asked for the manager, and they told me he wasn't there. I insisted on a number or a place to file a complaint, and they told me they didn't have one. They gave me the number of a Mr. Carlos, who was the general manager. I called him, gave him my complaint, and he said he would look into it. In other words, he didn't believe me. In the end, I paid for undercooked, ripped, and burnt meat, and for a vegetarian dish with a meaty sauce. The most outrageous thing is that NO ONE CARES. I will never return to that restaurant.
