THREE-MEN-DO

A place that invites you to experience it all. Beyond the excellent cuisine, which I can't fault. I want to highlight the warmth of the entire staff. 10/10. Every visitor should stop by Soberana.

The steak (ojo de bife), which I ordered medium rare, first arrived well-done, then they changed it and it arrived very rare. It's a shame that a restaurant of this caliber and price can't cook the meat just right. Besides, the flavor of the appetizers and food in general wasn't great. It's never worth the high price.

The atmosphere is beautiful and cozy. I went with eight friends, and the service was truly incredible. They took care of every detail of the evening. The food was delicious, delivered on time, and served beautifully. The presentation was excellent, and the tableware was beautiful! We were very happy with everything! We'll be back on our next visit to Mendoza!

A gastronomic experience in downtown Mendoza. Soberana is a sophisticated restaurant with excellent dishes and an unparalleled atmosphere. Upon arrival, you're greeted with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. A romantic and refined setting.

Excellent place. A wonderful experience, and Valentín's service was extraordinary. I would definitely come back.
