According to their advertising, they have one of the best pizzas in the world. I think the pizza chef was off on the Sunday I visited. I ordered a Margherita pizza, as the basics shouldn't be a problem. The dough was somewhat undercooked, to the point that the sauce oozed out when I picked up a slice. The sauce itself had a very weak flavor, lacking some salt and definitely pepper and basil. I ordered a second pizza, this time with Serrano ham and arugula, with the same problem: impossible to eat because the dough was somewhat undercooked. I ended up ordering a lasagna, which seemed to have been frozen for several weeks, as the meat had the typical expired taste from ice burn. The prices are affordable for the concept. I think there was too much training for the servers (very formal for an Italian restaurant) and too little for the cooks.I expected more.

Excellent restaurant, super delicious food. 100% recommended.
