I went with my family, and there were only two workers, who were very slow. It took them 20 minutes to clear our table and another 30 minutes to take our order. One of the workers had a terrible attitude and no desire to work. It took about an hour to deliver our dishes, and one of them was raw. The chicken was raw, we weren't given a spoon, and our sodas didn't have ice or carbonation.
Terrible service, the food is not good, they take a long time to serve, everything is bad
It's incredibly slow. There's only one person in the kitchen and two people taking order. My question is, can you guarantee that the food is well prepared and the utensils are properly washed, since the staff does everything. I'm leaving the place.
I've given it several chances and every time it takes them more than 30 minutes to bring the order and another 15 to serve you. If you're hungry and short on time, I don't recommend it.
The employees provide poor service. When you enter, they don't even greet you with a friendly face. They don't approach you to explain how they work (using buttons), they don't even know what their menu is and they don't know how to sell. To order an additional dish, we had to wait more than 10 minutes and they still looked at us as if they were doing us a favor. The food doesn't taste bad, but their employees are terrible. I wouldn't go back.
The restaurant is a stretch. We arrived and the place looked like a war zone: dirty, messy, with sticky tables and a floor that creaked with grime. It took ages to serve us, as if we were begging to eat there. When they finally brought the food (with zero desire), it arrived COLD, poorly served, and with a completely wrong order. On top of that, they didn't have the basic ingredients. How do they expect anyone to enjoy something incomplete, cold, and poorly made? This place needs everything: cleanliness, respect for customers, common sense, and even dignity.I don't know if it was Sukiya or a hellish test of patience. I wouldn't go back even for free.
Terrible experienceWe went to Sukiya, and from the moment we arrived, everything was terrible. The place was dirty, the tables weren't cleaned, and there were too many people waiting. The service took too long, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. To top it all off, the order was wrong, and they didn't have several side dishes that should have come by default.Terrible service, zero customer service, and a total lack of care and organization. I wouldn't go back, not even if they paid me.
I've NEVER given a bad review before, but this place deserves it. We waited over an hour for our food. The place looks dirty and messy. They didn't even clean our table, and we're pretty sure they didn't even take our order, as we had to remind them that we hadn't received our food even though it had been over an hour. Absolutely not recommended.
The place does not have good customer service, I was waiting more than 35 minutes for them to take my order and they did not do it despite having pressed the button
