This restaurant is delicious, I highly recommend it if you want to try traditional Quechua/Cusco food. Ernesto is super friendly, and Janet's cooking is divine!I can't recommend checking out Sumaqcha enough! Great vibe, great food! Super fun all around :)We loved this meal! The owner was friendly and fun. It was the only place that we could find fried cuy (instead of roasted) and it was excellent. The yuca frita was so flavorful- the best we’ve ever had. We had citrusy pisco sours and finished the meal with a herbaceous digestive made in-house.Everything was perfect 👌 the service was charming and deliciousQuiet but the food was amazing. I had the grilled alpaca and it was great. A little sweeter than beef, and not gamey. The banana juice was a big cup too.Family owned and amazing food! The Alpaca steak and kabobs were delicious.
