They have lost kindness at the Plaza Kristal Santa Ana Branch, improve thatThe desserts used to be some of the best in Santa Ana, but they have changed. Chocolate cake used to have a deeper flavor, and had fudge in it. Now it looks like an ordinary cake, perhaps under the peomedia. They changed the fudge for chocolate flavored whipped cream. Dessert in general is now drier and more tasteless.
The same thing happened with the choconono. A shadow of what it was at the beginning. They should go back to the previous dessert supplier, or complain to the supplier for the sudden drop in qualityOtherwise it is a good place, the food is decent, and the prices acceptable.The prices are affordable, the staff has always been friendly. The breakfasts are quite good as well as the desserts. The delicious cakes. Too bad the music is so loud from 7am…. Maybe to cover the noise of the cars on the road passing right in front…. Too bad but really a good place to enjoy.
