The service is terrible but the food is good.Great foodWhat a horrible experience, not recommended. First, terrible customer service, even though the place was empty. It took them ages to clear the table. Then, they gave us the menu; they had almost nothing. Then, when they brought us the food, they brought us the side dishes until we were almost finished eating. There were no waitresses around to even ask for napkins or anything else. The food is expensive, not even worth it. There are other restaurants with the same concept and the same prices that are better than this one.Very slow, 45 minutes waiting, too long considering that many of us only get 1 hour for lunch at work, too slowPoor service, food wait time was over 30 minutes, and the place was empty. There were four of us, and they only served two dishes. We had to wait almost half an hour for the rest of the food. We asked for napkins, but they never honored our request. Cleanliness needs to be improved.They didn't have much on the menu, no pork belly, pork mandu, octopus takoyaki, beer of any kind, taro smoothie, etc. It took over 45 minutes for the drinks to arrive, and an hour for the food. We arrived at 12 noon, and there was no one else in the restaurant. The beef ramen was tough, and the cleanliness left much to be desired.I love tae kee chicken, my favorite fried chicken. I always order it, and my friend highly recommends the tonkatsu. Of course, the sides are a plus, and we try to try other dishes every time we go.
I recommend sitting in the garden; it's cooler, and some days they show movies. 🎥The attention is horrible to begin with when you arrive, no one greets you to tell you where there are tables available but leaving that aside, it takes about 1 hour to take the order, and another hour to prepare it... We ordered a rice and it never arrived, they served us the Ramen and they didn't even give us chopsticks, in front of us was another woman and her daughter who better left because they never came to serve them.
