Exquisite food and excellent service

Very bad service from the waiters, you have to ask them many times for the menu, remind them that you are waiting and they still don't answer. I left after more than an hour of waiting and didn't even see the menu.

The service is terrible. The innkeepers are like the first thing they get. The atmosphere is nice and pleasant. The food is very good. But all of the above is overshadowed by the service.

Very bad customer service, they almost kicked us out of the place for no reason, they didn't serve the portions they promised

It's a shame that some of their waiters are terrible at serving you, you have to be lucky and not touch with someone who is bitter and ruins the evening, plus the lack of respect that as soon as they see you finish eating they offer you the bill, it seems like they are running us out of the place...... Terrible service
