One of the best restaurants I've ever been to.

The atmosphere isn't cozy, with hard chairs, no exhaust, and a small table. The place is nice, the food is good, but "fondue" evokes comfort, and that word doesn't fit this restaurant. I've never had such a bad smell from the lack of exhaust. The menu is covered in grease. There's no stone, it's just a pan, and they probably don't know that preheated soapstone doesn't require as much heat. It would reduce several inconveniences if they used it! My tip: study the best fondues in Gramado, and please remove those bar chairs! They didn't ask if I would pay for the extras, and they charged me if I gave them a rating! The service was good from the waiters, but the reception and cashier were deplorable!

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing, and to make matters worse, the prices are too high for what they offer. Starting with the cheese fondue, the only side dishes are bread, carrots, and boiled potatoes.Safety is another critical issue. The mini stoves don't have flame regulators, and the fuel gel is filled to the limit, causing the flame to rise dangerously high, creating a constant risk of burns. I reported this issue, but no action was taken.The lack of transparency also deeply irritated me. At no point were we informed about the service charge, a complete disregard for the customer.And finally, the service was spotless. It wasn't good or bad, but the lack of attention and proactivity in resolving the issues mentioned only worsened the overall experience. Given the combination of high prices, limited selection, safety issues, and indifferent service, I do not recommend this place.
