The food not very good

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received during my last visit to your establishment. First, the attitude of one of your employees was completely inappropriate. She treated me with disdain and lack of courtesy, even going so far as to refuse to sell me a soda, arguing that "she had already closed the register." This type of behavior is not only unprofessional, but also leaves a terrible impression on your business.Furthermore, I find it unacceptable that a tip was charged without my authorization, which I consider a dishonest practice.On the other hand, I must point out that the quality of the food also fell short of expectations. The dishes not only lacked freshness, but also did not justify the price paid.As a customer, I believe that this type of experience seriously undermines trust in your establishment. I hope you take the necessary steps to improve both the quality of your services and customer service, as these aspects are fundamental to the success of any business.

Terrible service, not even a smile when welcoming us, the waitress looked angry, the soup was like a maggi soup and the chicken was reheated sweet and sour. The truth is that I had higher expectations for the Teho franchise but I regret it and I don't plan to ever return.
