We were there for 20 minutes waiting for service. The waiter was unsympathetic. I'M NOT COMING BACK.

We left the complaint in the complaints book, but I'll write it here anyway. There was an event in the back of the venue, and besides being unbearable, the girl's voice echoed throughout the entire space, making it impossible to have a normal conversation; we had to shout while sitting at the same table. Turning down the microphone volume on the console would be ideal. I thought it was a bit disrespectful that every five minutes the girl YELLS into the microphone (when the purpose is to amplify her voice, there's no need to shout). If the event is in the back of the room, it shouldn't resonate throughout the rest of the venue. We were sitting up front, and it seemed like the girl was right next to us. We paid almost $12,000 for some industrial-strength burgers (almost certainly Paty's). If they charge that minimum, make the burgers homemade, or if they use Paty's brand, charge less. Also, the burgers don't come wrapped; they cool down faster. The highlight was the attentiveness of the entire staff from the moment we walked in until we wrote the complaint. The beer is of very good quality, as is the Negroni.

Last night, I arrived around 12:15 a.m. with my birthday cake because I had to leave a previous bar where we were all having a terrible time. The guys at Temple not only made room for us at that hour, but they also served us wonderfully, being extremely attentive and kind. That really goes a long way. The drinks we ordered were 10/10: delicious beer, good price, and good temperature.

Not cool

The place looks nice from the outside, but inside there's a musty smell. It's an old house with exposed brick walls. It's more of a place to go for a few drinks; the food is overly battered, at least on the small plate we ordered. Everything else is fine.

The music was very loud. The pizza was delicious, but it took a while. The waiters were a bit confused.

A disaster. I ordered through the app at 11:15 p.m. They took my order, and an hour later, it was canceled, just after midnight, leaving me with no way to find a replacement for dinner! Embarrassing.
