To be thermal baths, they need hot water pools.
Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms, a quiet location, and a great spa. Friendly staff. They need to improve cleanliness around the pool area, as there were dishes left on the surrounding tables at night, only to find them there in the morning. Certain dishes on the menu were unavailable at breakfast, so we opted not to have lunch there. They need to improve. If you ask me if I would return, it certainly provided the relaxation I was looking for.
Beautiful place. Arriving at night was a bit complicated, but the staff was extremely friendly, and there was a super guardian who I hope you'll meet, named Mariposa 🐶
I don't usually write these reviews, but I feel it's necessary to share my experience so other travelers are better informed before booking.I stayed in Junior Suite #6 from June 5th to 6th, 2025. Although the place is new and visually beautiful, the experience was very negative, mainly due to the poor management of REVA (who handle reservations via WhatsApp) and the lack of attention to any issues.🔹 From the moment we arrived, everything was limited: We arrived at 6:00 p.m. and there was no staff on the property. At least not visible. Only one person at the gate explained where the suite was and where to park, but they didn't give us any additional information about the resort's operations, rules, services, or who to contact in case of an emergency.🔹 Zero customer service at night and disturbing noises: After 10:30 p.m., no one is available on-site, and the emergency number is poorly located, taped to a hidden table. In the morning, when we went out to ask them to please keep the noise down, one of the employees kindly showed us the note with the number taped to a table after explaining how awful our night had been. During the night, we heard constant noises from the ceiling, as if a sheet of metal were loose, which interrupted our rest.🔹 At 7 a.m., the loud noises began: • They were hammering above our room, • They were using a very loud blower to clean the garden, • I spoke to one of the employees (very friendly), who explained that the suite was under maintenance and that the workers didn't know it was occupied. This seemed totally unacceptable to me.🔹 Services closed without prior notice: • The sauna wasn't working. • One of the areas where mud is applied by the pool wasn't working either.🔹 Poor management by REVA (who handles WhatsApp communication): Before booking, I asked if the suite had air conditioning and was told it did. But only one of the two bedrooms had it, and the other was uncomfortably hot.I requested a 50% refund of what I paid, without complaining about other negative details. The only response was a discount offer for a future stay, which makes no sense. The damage occurred during this stay, not a future one.🔹 There were hardly any guests: That night we only saw one other couple staying, which seemed strange at first. We thought maybe the place was exclusive, but after our experience, we understood why it doesn't seem to be a very popular spot. Sadly, we understand now.🔹 Important clarification: The staff at the property were friendly, respectful, and honest. This criticism is not directed at them, but at REVA's reservation system, which showed little responsibility and zero empathy. Conclusion: This place has potential, but I won't return or recommend it until they improve their organization, situation management, and respect for guests.
The service provided by everyone was spectacular. We'll be back next year. We had a very enjoyable family day. The facilities were luxurious. And the staff was extremely friendly and professional.
We had a great time at the facilities and the exceptional attention from Elías was 10 out of 10.
