Dishes are reaaally good and tasty. This place manages to fusion peruvian tradition and innovative approach to kitchen. However we waited around 1h for our meal.Very good lomo saltadoLet’s start with the food: amazing. Highly recommend the Peking guinea pig. That said, they had a really hard time putting cutlery and glasses on the table that they seated us at. They also had two young children who were first cutely helping out around the restaurant which was great but then they started watching kid shows on full volume. So good was great but atmosphere and service was quite lacking.Our fav spot in Cusco! We loved the homey feel of this hole in the wall spot. It felt authentic and home cooked in contrast to many of the touristy spots near the main square.We loved the chau fan (the avocado was a fun local touch). And the desserts - we ordered both the queso fresco and the picarones were so good that we came back the next day for them!!The store is dishonest and will overcharge you. Remember to confirm the amount on the bill.During my stay in Cusco, I happened upon a charming restaurant called Territorio while returning to my hotel. Despite its modest size, with just four tables, the atmosphere was extremely cozy and peaceful, ideal for enjoying a relaxed dinner.The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who ensured our experience was unbeatable. As for the food, it exceeded all my expectations. I especially recommend trying their Andean ceviche, fresh and vibrant in flavor, as well as the lomo saltado, a dish that stands out for its combination of authentic textures and flavors. Pair it with a Pisco Sour, the perfect refresher.Territorio is definitely worth a visit if you're in Cusco. Its intimate atmosphere, the quality of its cuisine, and the warmth of its service make it a highly recommended hidden gem.Typical and delicious dishes! Prices range from 30 to 40 soles, with a menu option for 30 soles! A very fair price for the food and lower than what you'll find in the square.everything was excellent, incredible ceviche, lomo saltado and picarones for a very good price/quality ratioPerfectAbsolute perfection! Each of the three courses was flawless – from flavor and presentation to aroma, everything was top-notch. And the service? Incredible! I haven’t experienced such warm, professional, and attentive staff in a long time. Definitely a place worth coming back to!
