Ok! They have greaaaaat burger! Apparently the best in Santa Marta

The food is exquisite. The service can improve, its waiters are clueless and inattentive. The atmosphere is chill. Some varied music would be great.

The burgers here are juicy, big and delicious. The fries are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside - exactly as you want them. I ate here twice over a week and can thoroughly recommend to eat in or to order via Rappi.

The burger I admit was good. The ribs were old with a hard texture and an unpleasant taste. When we expressed our disagreement, they told us if they were good, but we very kindly asked for a solution because we weren't going to eat it, they didn't care and they still charged us for the full plate. I do not recommend, I will not return. They have to learn a little more about how to serve and keep a client. That's why they have the score they have and it will continue to go down. Good luck!

They gave me some old ribs that the waitress admitted were made three days ago and reheated. We complained and left the plate, but they still charged us. To top it off, they wanted to charge us for "voluntary" service. It's a shame because the burger was good, but the service left a lot to be desired. They weren't going to go out of their way to replace the plate, but they'd rather lose a customer by not assuming that cost and providing good service.
