While the food is good, the staff treats breakfast, brunch, or lunch guests with prejudice, as opposed to those who aren't hotel guests or "locals" from Cali. The lady who served us on Father's Day was extremely RUDE, as soon as we arrived for breakfast, she "warned" us that we had to leave quickly because the tables had to be set up for brunch. She didn't treat guests with that same attitude; in other words, her indifference to non-guests is obvious.

The staff, especially the maitre d', have a dismissive attitude if you're not staying at the hotel. It's not right to warn you (when you arrive at 9 a.m.) that you must vacate your table because they're having brunch, which starts at 12 p.m. If the service bothers those not staying at the hotel, they shouldn't offer it.

It's a very nice place to spend time with the family. It's a little pricey, but it's a presentable place with good service for each of you. I recommend it.

I don’t know what happened with this buffet. It used to be amazing and yummy with hot food and good options and there was even a bottomless drink option. I used to bring everyone here when they visited. We just went and we were so excited but it was gross! 🤢 The food was cold there were flies everywhere even the soup was freezing. The grill was the only thing that was good and they removed options that they had before. Almost 700,000 pesos for soggy salad and cold food. Not worth it

Very good flavor. It is expensive but it is well presented and delicious.

Very disappointed, waited 20 minutes and no one even came to my table to take my order after I asked twice. The place wasn’t even busy. Save your time and go elsewhere.

Sunday brunch is very varied, the atmosphere is relaxed, and you can get hot dogs on the terrace. The mimosas and pizza are very good.
