The restaurant is beautiful, converted from an old house with outdoor seating. The food is very good, combining simple and complex flavors. The first dish was a mango kimchi, courtesy of the house, with jicama. We then ordered duck carimañolas (supposedly Panamanian but obviously Colombian), which were very delicious. Sometimes the sauces were overpowering, but generally all the dishes were balanced. The cured fish was one of the standouts. The only disappointment was the pulque, which tasted ordinary and lacked freshness. Good service. Recommended for a fine dinner at reasonable prices. I would return.

I've seen it on many food blogs, and honestly, it fell short. I ordered a plate of picana (steaks) that was about as good as it should be for the price, a drink that mentioned gin, but it was the least I could taste since it was super sweet from another liquor, not at all balanced. The service was good and the place was nice. The dessert was delicious.

Spectacular, one of the best dinners of my life, and the wine is also great. Highly recommended. Without a doubt, one of the best chefs in Mexico. Thank you, Tikuun and Chef Carlos.

A very unique and peaceful place. They have a diverse menu, as are their drinks, but what I liked most was the warmth and attention to detail from the chef and servers. They are so attentive that they give you an explanation of each dish's preparation process so you know the in-depth process and the ingredients they come from, which gives it a plus, in my opinion, very good value. I would definitely return again.

The best kept secret of Guadalajara. This was perhaps the best meal I have had in my 40 years of living. With the first bite I took of my eggplant dish I nearly cried it was so delicious. The ingredients were fresh and the food parings were next level. I’ve only been to one Michelin Star Resturant, but this Resturant left that one in the dust. The service was impeccable. The corses arrive perfectly timed. And the atmosphere was amazing. The proprietor obviously put a lot of thought into their restaurant. If you are in Guadalajara make every effort to come here. You will not regret it.
