The best Caldo de Gallina Criollo in Iquitos, there are also other dishes that I like such as the Creole salted noodles and the airport, I recommend it, its atmosphere is not pretty, but the price and the flavor justify continuing going to the restaurant...I visited the Tio Rico restaurant and the chicken broth seemed the best with a huge prey and identical flavor to the broth served in Lima. I also ordered a Chicken Broaster with Chaufa and it was tremendous chicken.
