Every time I order delivery it takes more than an hour meaning that the chicken is frozen, fries are sloppy and drinks hot!! The quality of tip top has gone down!! They should not be included as a “fast food service”

I ordered by phone from a family member, they charged me double, I called to claim my refund of almost $57 dollars and I'm still waiting.

Terrible service from the cashier, coupled with a 35-minute wait for them to pack four pieces of chicken while they ate right in front of us. I don't recommend it.

Do not go here! Food poisoning right away, and bad service (rude and laughing at us for pointing and saying what we wanted). Disgusted had to throw out the food after 1 bite.

The chicken was very dry and felt old.
