Traditional food stall, ideal for an afternoon snack with family or friends.
A stall selling dishes such as: pastelitos, enchiladas, nuegados, fried yuca, elotes locos, empanadas, and atoles made with toasted corn, coconut, chilate, and corn.
Order:
• Coconut Atol: With a sweet and powerful coconut aroma, good consistency and flavor, served piping hot.
• Pastelitos: Filled with vegetables and ground beef, accompanied by pickles; perhaps a little tomato sauce was missing.
• Enchiladas: A thin refried tortilla with refried beans, vegetables, pickles, tomato sauce, and a slice of hard-boiled egg.
The traditional dishes are very good. It's worth mentioning that there is parking and it's located on the alternate route to Soyapango.
