TIPICOS LOS KUKOS is a small establishment located next to Apopa's Central Park; it needs more exposure.
You can find: bread with chicken, fried and boiled yuca, nachos, traditional sweets, and hot and cold drinks.
Order:
- Fried yuca: The portion of yuca was good, accompanied by pickles, vegetables, tomato sauce, and a snack.
The presentation was very good, a tray with a piece of garden leaf, and the yuca flavor was very tasty, perhaps due to the type of yuca; it wasn't fluffy and crunchy, although it had a good flavor.
It's worth highlighting the presence of a spicy sauce, quite spicy, "EL ALACRAN" (The Scorpion).
- Myrtle soda: The soda was delicious, with lots of ice, very thick, super creamy, with a light touch of acidity, typical of the fruit.
Its presentation could be improved for a better visual experience.
- Coffee: The coffee was from a sachet, a coffee like the one you make at home.
Nothing special, although it was served in a very pretty cup.
It's a family-friendly place, quite affordable. The menu we tried was very tasty, leaving you wanting to come back.
It's very busy, but when we arrived it was empty. Visit and support local businesses.
